Meet Bethany of Figs & Co. Photo. Bethany offers true-to-colour, down-to-earth wedding photography for couples in York Region, Ontario. Bethany came to us with a DIY brand & website and a big goal to take her side-gig full time and fully book out her wedding calendar.

WHERE IT STARTED:
When Bethany reached out, she was craving a brand and site that actually felt like her. She’d outgrown her original DIY visual identity, which leaned too safe and too similar to what everyone else in the photography space was doing. She wanted something that felt elevated, creative, and truly memorable. While her work and client experience were strong, her branding and website didn’t reflect the level of care, detail, and professionalism she was already known for.
Bethany wanted to feel confident putting her brand out into the world and to attract more of the laid-back, joy-filled couples she loves to work with. She was also looking for brand consistency across all visuals, messaging, and client experience.
We wanted to give her a brand and website that stood out from the beige and blended-in, and helped her show up as the calm, grounded, quietly luxurious photographer she already is.
HOW IT’S GOING:
The new brand and site bring together everything Bethany wanted to say, but didn’t know how to show.
We moved away from the standard boring-beige and created a logo with intention: a refined serif for warmth and elegance, a clean sans-serif for clarity, and a custom frame illustration to tie it all together.
On the website, we focused on simplicity, personality, and ease. We wrote clear, down-to-earth copy that reflects the experience Bethany gives her couples and built a layout that’s clean, beautiful, and built to make couples say “OMG YES. THIS is MY wedding photographer!”
